Tibor Pleiß is yet another of Germany's very talented young big men. Pleiss is still very slender but he will fill out some as he grows older. He is an excellent rebounder and shot-blocker and is developing more and more offensively. His mid-range game is effective and Germany see a bright future for him. Koeln 99ers's recent financial struggles allowed for him to gain a lot of minutes in the German Bundesliga, which is known actually for not allowing many young German talents much playing time. That experience helped Pleiss though the club failing to produce a winning product did not help Pleiss to develop a winning attitude.
