After missing out on last years qualification campaign due to injury, the Scottish center will be looking to make up for lost time. Archibald is hugely experienced having tasted NBA action and having also spent time most of his career in top European leagues. With Euroleague also under his belt, he will fight it out with Betts and Freeland for the five spot and is likely to emerge the victor for the starting slot. He has enjoyed an impressive season with Unicaja after returning to the ACB from his lucrative one year stint in Ukraine. A big body who is solid in all of the fundamentals, his only shortfall is a lack of any range. However, pounding away inside and exploiting the pick and roll, he will provide the muscle and quality Coach Finch demands.
