18 points, 19 rebounds and three blocked shots is what you call an 'MVP Performance', and that's exactly what it was for Jonas Valanciunas of Lithuania at the Champion U18 All Star Game Friday.

The 2.09m center led the blue team to a slim 77-75 victory.

Valanciunas, a product of Lietuvas Rytas, hit seven of his 18 shots from the field, and was four of six from the free-throw line.
